		<description><![CDATA[Not only is social about *the art of orchestrating an amazing experience across interaction channels*, it is fundamentally about the willingness of subject matter experts to simply have a conversation, and not a soap-box.  (Many) of our marketing minds are wired to show-up-and-throw-up everything and anything about our product or service.  And we can probably still do that and have some level of success.  But to simply find the conversations (those watering holes), listen, and contribute to the dialog is a cosmic shift in may folks minds.]]></description>

Very nice list indeed, I think it all boils down to &#039;common sense&#039; and walking the fine line between engaging as a human vs. &#039;chit-chatting with your friends&#039;, it is a very fine line indeed.

One thing I would potentially add to you #4 &#039;dont&#039; is that for me having a short blurb on your profile is still not enough, even if you don&#039;t have a blog, most people have a more extensive social profile today (e.g., LinkedIn) - adding the URL is a must for me.

Would love to review this list a year from now, I suspect it will look different...]]></description>
